Orange Chilli Spaghetti

This might seem like a weird combination but it’s more subtle than you would expect. You could even eat the spaghetti just like that without any vegetables.

Ingredients

4-5 servings

Spaghetti

Orange juice fresh
Cherry tomatoes
Cauliflower
Feta organic

Chilli
Cumin
Paprika powder

Onion yellow
Garlic

Prep

15 min

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220°C
  2. Dice onion and mince garlic
  3. Cut cherry tomatoes in half
  4. Cut cauliflower into florets
  5. Make orange juice (or buy fresh)

Cook

10 + 20 min

Spread cauliflower and cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and crumble feta on top

~20 min at 220°C

Sauté onion

medium/high heat ~3 min

Cook spaghetti

~10 min

pan 1 continued

Add garlic, chilli, paprika powder and cumin

~2 min

Add orange juice

simmer ~5 min

Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well

~1 min

Serve the spaghetti with the roasted cauliflower and feta on top
